Hello Everyone,

After a successful crowdfunding campaign, the Octopus Arcade Stick has started reaching its new owners. Shipping is ongoing continuously.
As you know, during the campaign we managed to improve and enhance the product significantly, delivering a much higher-end product to our backers.

This project was very important for us at TR Fight Stick, and I’m proud to have completed it. However, the most important part for us starts now.

I’ve officially opened pre-orders for the second batch. We invite all fighting game enthusiasts, arcade fans, and retro console lovers to check out the Octopus Arcade Stick.

Congrats on these sticks my friend, they are doing well and I am happy for you!

One question that keeps popping up in my mind, why not get better artwork? Someone who can design the art to go around the buttons and stick? Right now it just looks like the buttons are right on top and it looks a little unprofessional. This stick is awesome, why not get someone to create art where the octopus is grabbing the buttons with its tentacles or something? Give the artist the template where the buttons and lever go and tell them to work around those areas, not under them!

Other than this, great job!

I think it looks fine. Literally every Hori stick with art is designed in the same way.

Look at the Street Fighter, Soul Calibur and CAVE sticks for example.

Not to be a negative Nancy here, but you really think these are the same?

The Hori stick is mass produced crap and even then you can see the face of the main character, the eye of the weapon and Nightmares face.Hori.png

Compare that to a boutique, $300 custom made stick with this art. Tell me, what color are the eyes of the Octopus? Does it have a mouth? Is it holding the lighting bolt, eating it, or kissing it? Go ahead and click on it so you can see it up close. It's only one character and you can't even see its face. Hori got 3 on the stick and you can see ALL of their faces.

I get that not everyone has the same taste in art and design, but you can't really tell me it's awesome that the main picture of the stick which it is named after us under all those buttons?

It's a freaking OCTOPUS! It should be holding the lever, gripping the buttons and fucking shooting lighting out of its god damn mouth! I'm sorry, right now, the art and placement is very, meh.
