looking for a cable to separately power gdrom drive. 12 to 18 in
 
4 pin pc power female (5v and 12v and 2 grounds to gdrom power with is a jst 6 pin?
 
What colors would you like?

Red for 5v, Black for GND, and Yellow for 12v OR Yellow for 5v, White for GND, and Red for 12v?

ATX colors vs Sega wiring colors.
