The mobo I recapped because the audio was not working out of one channel. The video was working fine before the recap and now the audio sounds great but there is garbled graphics and it resets. It doesn’t matter what B board I put on it.
The B board is a US SFA3. It randomly resets. I’ve adjusted the voltage to see if that would help but no change. It was originally phoenixed before I got it and looked like some bodge wires were added for what ever reason:
The continuity tests fine on these.
I thought it might be bad phoenix chips so I had new non-decrypted chips burnt and I installed an openkey. It boots up fine* but the random reset continues. Sometimes I can get 6 matches in before it reset and other times it reset on the character select screen.
*it now just cycles through the boot up screens and resets after the Q sound splash and then resets. I can't get past that now.
