Tool - Rom PP (Release)

Hello Dude,
I'm here to share a personal tool, i call it RomPP.
Its a tool to manipulate and ispect rom file especially the neogeo roms.
It has all the features I could think of and that I have needed on other systems as well.

-Double click on a slot to load a file.
-Right click on a slot for tool menu.
NeoTool need a folder as target, and the files inside must contain the subject in the name, V or C or M etc..

Thank you very much for releasing this tool - have used it to successfully split the 4 x 8MB C-ROMS in MS2 CHAR512 into 8 x 4MB C-ROMS for MS2 bootleg onto CHAR256
