Hi

Pondering selling Darius 1 and 2 arcade PCB's - original working boards as a pair

As you know these are super rare now and I've owned them 15 years +

They are spares to my original cabs (3 screen and 2)

Thanks

Dear DABOSSUK,

Hello.
I would like to purchase a Darius 1 board.
Do you currently have any boards in stock as of 2026?
Thank you for your assistance.

P.S.
Could you send me a photo of the circuit board?
Thank you in advance.

In Japan Darius goes for a lot of money, as does Ninja Warriors, I think last ones I saw both went to close to $3k

In Japan, the domestic version costs around $2,000 to $3,000,
but the overseas version (ROMSTAR edition)
is trading for about $1,400.

In reality though, something is only as valuable as what someone will pay for it. OCD collectors obviously want mint condition, and anything mint with perfect eprom labels at that age - is well a small market.

So it's fairly hard to value something without knowing all the details - in UK it's common for Jamma PCBs to have black marker writing on them, worn labels etc.

I actually bought both of these, and they were in very good condition.

I think I paid ~$5k for the pair.

These were "extras" the seller had for his dedicated Darius cabinets (which also looked amazing).

Unfortunately I don't have pictures, but I got both of them running at one point, albeit single screen only. The harnesses I have will support a supergun + 2/3 screen setup, but I just don't have the monitors yet. I saw something on a JP Twitter account (I think) that demonstrated original PCBs working in a "3-screen" mode on a single monitor. I need to look back into that.

They are really cool boards. The only downside to the ones I bought is that they are missing the metal cages.

I've actually been meaning to pull Darius II back out. I will take some pics of the setup when I do.
