K...update....tested multi on different "A" board and punisher and C&D come right up. Still getting the graphic glitching, and not sure if that's a Sanwa PFX monitor thing, or this multi pcb....will have to test with my original pcb and see if it flickers as well....unles you have anything...

@Mitsurugi-w - Swapped the Z80 with a known working one, no change. Double checked all the JST NH and solder connections from the clock mod to the two solder points, and back to the multi-pcb and all those were good. Even swapped the Qsound module...still no luck. I am going to swap to...

K... tested on a 2nd cabinet. Button presses causing sync flickering almost completely gone, does happen once in a very rare while still. New issue came up, in that Punisher boots to "ram error" and C&D will not boot at all. Still open to any advice.

Those look like they'd work for Sega, and for 5$ a lock, I'd be jumping on a set of how ever many you need, simply because that price can't be beat for testing. If someone has 1st hand experience with these, listen to them...but if I didn't have a002's on all my sega cabs, I'd have bought...

Game will boot to error, or red screen, without dongle, if I remember correctly? It's been a sec. With working board and dongle it should boot to black or blue screen and eventually come up with a "......... now loading" in the upper left corner. DVD drive does not spin up when 246...

That's really odd, because I know multiple place that have converted these over to LCD, and I don't believe any of them were using video converters to accomplish that.

If @themisterfalcon doesn't have any left, I have one of the units that had the guide-tab hole cut wrong (as you can see if you look back in this thread). It's an easy fix on the chassis to still use the tray, and this one is still wrapped. Hit me up via PM if you need it.

Yeah, Mine are from Sega, and NOT using the LG tubes. In CCW, neither connector was gonna reach the chassis. Good information to know, and I'm glad yours worked without issue. Hopefully most of the other people who are using these, had the LG tube, and face no issues! I'll get my pics up...

Same. I have two AWSD's that will be getting holes filled, damage repaired, paint, etc...and then getting reskinned as E2's because they both need new lightbars, and I know without a doubt, that if any lightbar gets reproduced, it'll be the E2 first. (plus I HATE the orange/yellow/green art)...
