My suggestion is that you make a mold of a part that is in good shape or at least an approximation and rebuild it with fiberglass and epoxy mixed with white ink.- tovar

Sega Mega Tech secondary monitor front panel reproduction
The simplest thing would be to repair the one you have on the inside with fiberglass and epoxy resin, sand and paint or at least that's what I would do and it would still be original. I have this cabinet under restoration, in case that you need a photo.- tovar
