Yup totally understand and agree, I'm considering the booting issue "normal". I can get the cart to boot reliably no matter which slot its in and I think if i could clear the a/v corruption it'll probably work fine. Its just getting the signal cleared up so that I can actually see whats going...

FYI, this same behavior appears on all four slots, including Slot 1, with or without the other slots populated. It's almost like the Multi MVS isn't booted/ready when selected by the MVS. Possible to fix this by supplying the needed amperage via a bodge wire? I received a brand new PSU this...

Tried all of these steps. I get a "RAM TEST" page with no carts and all dips ON. I let that bake for a minute or two, formatted the SD card and setup /games/ and reinstalled. I didn't swap out my Unibios though. Reluctant to do that unless I really have to. No change sadly.

Turned down to 5.03v now. Tested and no change.

I can and will. Be right back. With that said, any ICs I've ever seen that require 5v are good for +/- 10% voltage fluctuation. I'm surprised its an issue (well, I won't be surprised, who knows...). Anyway, adjusting, brb...
