    The short answer is yes. I use a set of mini din 8 to BNC for my BVM. I ordered a custom cable from https://retro-access.com/ If you need help, send me a PM. Quick shot of the cable and it displaying on from a CPS2 to my BVM.

    As far as ground goes for the kick harness i'm not sure (I'm still learning about this), but I found the pinout for the kick harness online at https://wiki.arcadeotaku.com/w/Kick_Harness for the CPS2 end of things Also, at least on my PCB, the bottom has the silkscreen for the button mapping...

    Not an issue but the test and service switches required some wiggling and force to push through, just a tad snug. Just be prepared to feel like it doesn't push through, but it will. This was in ver. 1.2 of the advanced board.
