I just noticed that the RAM that I mentioned in Titan (NEC D4502161G5-A12-7JF-A) is a 2MB RAM, the ones in the Sega Saturn manual referenced / Rage 2 GPUs eg hm5241605ctt15 are 4MB, now assuming this will not work as the ram chips are different capacity but same pinout, can someone confirm?

I bought a rage card with 8 of these ram chips referenced in the manual. Awaiting delivery, will loop back one received and ram, swapped.

thanks for that found the reference in the manual, pity we can't source these chips direct anywhere but yes a very few ATI 3D Rage II cards seem to have these. will keep chasing..

Hi Guys, I have a board which fails on 3 rams IC29, iC30 and IC33 (NEC D4502161G5-A12-7JF-A) causing missing sprite layers etc, these look easy enough to change but I can't find any suppliers offering this for sale. Has anyone had luck getting hold of these or knows a source? Thanks in advance.
