So I had originally tried using s2tu_21.6f, s2tu_22.7f, s2tu_23.8f but I'm only getting a black screen on boot, I'll try those files instead

So I thought I had SF2 Rainbow but I think it is some other ROM hack, I tried to erase to proms and convert to SF2:HF and now I'm getting nothing but a black screen. Now EPROMS 21-23 we're clearly reprogrammed or replaced because they were the only ones not to have original CAPCOM stickers on...

they mount on the back of that plate in the picture should be two posts for you to run screws through I have some spare screws I had to get lost mine when removing the monitor. It takes M3-.50 x 6 screws

Did you just end up bending the brackets?
