In this thread we tube and yoke swap monitors

That honestly doesn't look too bad. I appreciate the tube number, hopefully I"ll be able to track one down in my area.

Do you have a tube number for that Phillips up there, or a model number for the TV itself?

Yeah I've been keeping my eye on Facebook and Craigslist pretty regularly, lots of stuff in the atlanta area for sure. I also try to look at govdeals for school refreshes and stuff. I'll keep looking around. If you do happen upon the model number of the tube you found that worked perfectly...

They're all yet to be shucked TVs, so I'm not sure I'll be able to check with the bezel, so it's basically a gambling game. Plus the dude wants an incredible amount of money for some of those (like 130 dollars) which is just not going to happen for some of them (unless someone had knowledge that...

From that angle it does look semi-curved though not like a TrueFlat that a Net City would use. Good luck in your continued search!

I've got some leads on a bunch of possible tubes. Anyone know anything about the following and if they'll fit well in an Astro city cab? RCA F27252GY A68ADT271 A68ADT27X01R Magnavox 27MT3305/17 A68AJB82X11 Sharp 27N S300 VB68ADT2506\*S Magnavox 27TS73 A68AJB82X11...

FS: Dave's Arcade Storage Bin Pulls Updated 3.4.2021

Yeah I totally get it. I'd also need a yoke for it and at that point is mostly easier to just get the whole tube.

Shame there's no shipping on the monitors. Could definitely use that MS9.

    Custom palette support possible?

Unrelated, but man some of the best fun used to be watching marvel tournaments with peoples random mixes and messed up colors. Definitely one of my favorite parts about dreamcast tournaments.

    SOLD: PSIO

Is the PS1 a model that supports the X-station? Edit - NVM I found the answer. It's probably cheaper for me to go a different route. Good Luck!

    Blast City General Questions

Double well shit. I need to go recap my PSU then. Then I'll have a spare sun PSU floating around. Also great excuse to go buy a desoldering gun.

    Blast City General Questions

If you do decide to run a second PSU to support your NetDIMM set up, you can tap 120v off the Blast I/O board and use that to power the Sun PSU. Works fine in my Blast.

They still work fine, still extremely bright, I bypassed my ballast with no starter or fuse or anything.

Can confirm, the cost only goes up by around 50 dollars to ship two cabs instead of one.

    Blast city jamma/Naomi

IIRC the 2930 chassis also has a jumper if you're going to use the D-Sub connector. There's definitely a dip on the naomi to set to 31khz output. It should be dip 1 I think. JAMMA should also work fine if that D-sub jumper isn't swapped.

    Blast city jamma/Naomi

Are you directly connecting the Naomi to the monitor? You'll also need to set the Naomi itself to 31khz via IT'S dips as well.

    Blast city jamma/Naomi

What kind of chassis is that? Most of those pots are just for adjusting various screen and voltage parameters I think. Is there not a jumper somewhere? Edit: I see you have a 2930, there should be some dip switches on the remote board that let you set the resolution to 31khz.
