I've had my HAS v5 in storage for about 2 months while traveling and decided to break it out yesterday. Unfortunately I'm having issues with getting it to work with boards I've used in this setup in the past. When powering on it shows general info before showing the voltmeter for a few seconds...

Perhaps a dumb question, but do I need the power supply to be connected to a load when dialing in the voltage? Using a Meanwell RT-85A and I'm wondering if I should have the psu hooked up to my HAS + a pcb or not when trying it (making sure it's set to low V first)
