Got our 5380 key today and we were able to get into the cabinet. Dropped a board in, some fresh buttons, and everything worked wonderfully. Just needs a bit of TLC and clean up and it will be good to go. Monitors look great. Thanks again xmarksthespot!

Thanks for the tips! We're planning to check all that stuff as soon as we can get into it! We don't have a key yet but we ordered a 5380 from Japan and as soon as it gets here we'll be putting in a board to test everything - monitors, speakers, etc. We'll definitely carefully peek into the PSU...

Thanks! We managed to find an original 5380 key on Mercari JP so I ordered one so we can get in. Might have to drill the coinbox though since we can't seem to find that. But we'll try picking it first! For the top part/billboard - I'm guessing it has to come off to swing up the monitor bracket...
