Just did the same thing and was going to recommend going into a game test mode as well. Install was easy and everything checked out. The kick harness adapter to CPS2 works well also.

You might try downloading your games again, and unzip them again. I had trouble with all Q Sound games where they didn't have sound over JAMMA edge and a few Q Sound games just not loading at all. After I unzipped the file a few times and tried copying again, most all issue other than booting...

Here’s a photo posted earlier of the original PAL and then the new PAL provided which has been installed on the A board. All Qsound games are booting except any Musclebomber/Slammaster games, but no Qsound games have audio over JAMMA, but these games do have good audio over stereo output...

Last item I’ll post here before trying another C board and SD card. When running 74 Musclebomber I’ll get this on boot which is same I believe when I tested it with the original PAL installed for whatever that is worth.
