The issue is the JVS board in the Noir, it happens on all Noirs. There’s a French forum that released a patch to fix the issue and a few other issues, but I had issues being able to the download the patches, and I don’t speak French :/

It sounds like you’re doing it wrong. You’re supposed to extract the archive onto a drive bigger than 1TB, so that you have the 931GB .img file sitting in a folder. Then use a program like Win32 Disk Imager or HDDRawCopy to select and write that .img file to your 1TB SSD.

The 1060 is 8-10% more powerful than the 1650, either will card chew through all these arcade fighters, get whatever fits the budget. The GPU world is still screwy, so anything decent is still overpriced.

My EVGA GTX 1060 6GB model is 7 1/4” inches long. I don’t have the TX3 anymore to test fit.

If playing 1080p fighting games, hell even at 1440p, the GTX 1060 6GB will run them all at high settings, 60fps.
