    MP07-IONA-US JVS/USB I/O Board: Worldwide Sales & Troubleshooting Thread

Guess the ROM doesn't support it, might be the only Naomi game? But I guess the UVC route would work, will try it out one day :)

Naomi multi BIOS (fixed with proper bootstrap)

Think so too, read some HotD2 manuals and obviously, since they were on Naomi, they all say 31khz. I bet it's possible to force 15khz in the code somehow, but that's not within my level of expertise sadly.

Naomi multi BIOS (fixed with proper bootstrap)

Okay, yeah could be. Weird that the DC version does 15khz though... Guess I'll go the downscale route through the UVC then, if that works properly with the guns that is.

Naomi multi BIOS (fixed with proper bootstrap)

Then it's probably yours indeed. My Naomi1 jumper setting is on 15khz, it works for all Naomi1/AW games so far, just HotD2 boots to 31khz and I'm unsure why that is.

Naomi multi BIOS (fixed with proper bootstrap)

I'm using the one included in the WiPi image by @chunksin, according to the csv the romname is "n1-the_house_of_the_dead_2-[834-13636].bin.gz". Is that yours? If so, should it be able to run in 15khz? If not, do you have the link to your image? :)

Naomi multi BIOS (fixed with proper bootstrap)

Just wondering, did somebody get HotD2 to run in 15khz with this bios?

Naomi Pi 'WiPi Netbooter' - compatible with Pi 3&4

Thanks for the quick reply, appreciate it. Just got the chance to take a look at it, and found this in the dimms.csv file: Did as you said, updated it with a additional column called "cab", updated the entry in the setup, but it just booted to a screen "CHECKING NETWORK". Deleted the entry...

    Wei-Ya 3129 Died, Clicking

Yeah, you had one with a diode issue, mine had a defective vertical IC. After fixing mine it worked for a little while before it did the same as TS has now. And yeah, the used AWSD one from Jan took a while to warm up properly, and got more issues afterwards. Ugh...

Naomi Pi 'WiPi Netbooter' - compatible with Pi 3&4

I enabled OpenJVS in the options menu, under Setup -> manage netdimms I selected the netdimm as OpenJVS device. But now I see I missed the enable HAT part under setup! Just upgraded to 6.1-92 as well, just to make sure I'm completely up-to-date. I could play DOA2 with my Xbox One controller, but...

Naomi Pi 'WiPi Netbooter' - compatible with Pi 3&4

So I got around testing out the OpenJVS hat. Took my previously used 3B+ with WiPi, I enabled OpenJVS in the settings, under manage netdimm I selected the netdimm as OpenJVS device. Shutdown, removed the touchscreen, installed the hat instead. Took the USB cable out of my jamma JVS IO, plugged...

Naomi video on 15Khz looks pretty terrible

Only got around to have him over yesterday due to holidays, but what did you think @PascalP? :D Just to confirm, the one you saw in action is the 838-13683-02.

Adding 3.5mm Headphone to Blast City

Ah right, I have the NVS4000 in my NAC so my audio is already amplified. Don't know how the Blast PSU typically handles that. @skate323k137 you mean the typical $10 high low converters right?

Adding 3.5mm Headphone to Blast City

Good spot, that's quite a-typical so missed that part. I use it for late night gamings, and for that my suggested setup is ideal. Not sure what you would use headphones + speakers for? But well, that would be even easier then, just dual-wire it. Don't think you need an amp per say, I'd just try...

Adding 3.5mm Headphone to Blast City

It's really simple actually, I just made a little harness that plugs in between the speaker connector underneath the CP of my NAC. That's going to one of these things: https://sc01.alicdn.com/kf/HTB1I9P5ah6I8KJjy0Fgq6xXzVXaV/200525310/HTB1I9P5ah6I8KJjy0Fgq6xXzVXaV.jpg Plug in the headphones...

    OpenJVS - JVS Emulator

Definitely works with just tapping csync as I've got it working that way with RGB-Pi in my NAC.

    OpenJVS - JVS Emulator

Awesome job @elrod. @mathewbeall If the GunCon3 works I bet the GunCon2 works as well, that one is a CRT gun. Cheap enough to give it a try.
