Very cool. I was thinking about designing a PCB that could mount to the bottom and give RGB control of a few LEDs, can tap the 5v right from the trackball harness. I just ordered a few new balls from Twisted Quarter. Really curious how the translucent pink one will look.

Was there an official light kit for these? I just grabbed 2 Sega trackballs and was about to start looking into building an LED board to light it up.

I may have an F3 to part with (including stereo + kick mod if needed). Edit: My board shows color ram error when trying to load Rayforce on mluti. @plasticfactory passed because they want to play Rayforce. Good luck with the hunt!

I may have found a suitable replacement connector: EBM24DRXH Edit: the pitch is incorrect. Looks like it needs 2.54mm pitch.

I'm currently building boards, will add stock as they're completed. All boards should be restocked at some point over the next month.

Looking back in my emails, I contacted DDK / Fujikura asking about this connector and they couldn't find any info on it.

Pretty sure JNX is drilling that connector out to make it work. These look like the same connectors I have.

I could never find the right connector. I found something similar, but you need to cut or drill out the edges to make it work. If someone knows the exact part number let me know and I can try to make something.

Also worth noting: As of 3/1/2023 the STV stereo board will no longer come standard with the CPS1 kick harness connector. It will be available as an optional add-on or can be added on your own using JST part BS10P-SHF-1AA(LF)(SN).
