Bullet visibility is a real issue when playing at first, but after a while you do get used to it. I prefer to play with the realistic-looking bullets to the pink/purple. It just feels cooler.

Is it a pcb problem or a ROM problem? My fluffy pcbs are the original release. What kind of bug did you experience with white label @buffi ?

Does DOJ on the conversion cart play black & white label versions without any issues or bugs?

It sounds like a lot of work to get it running on the 5358 romboard. In case it helps, here's the jumpers for the 171-5521 romboard:

One thing to note is that obj rom labelled A1 actually goes at location B2 and obj rom B10 goes to location B6. Reference the photo I posted for jumpers too.
