    War Gods Hard Drive Replacement

What kind of IDE to USB converter? Clicking could be due to lack of power too. Ideally you would connect the drive to a computer with a PATA interface.

    Wiring NAC PSU's Rocker SW

Fuses are there for overcurrent protection, like if there was a short. You don't want to go too high otherwise it defeats the purpose of having one.

VF3 and SW Trilogy need a different power supply, but otherwise, yes.

    Wiring NAC PSU's Rocker SW

The original is single pole, your replacement is double pole. It doesn't matter. Doesn't matter. The switch is just opening the connection. It's going to be fine. As long as you're powering regular boards and not plugging a computer in to the AC outputs of the PSU, it's not going to blow.

    Nanao chassis, Hitachi tube?

These probably came with Hitachi GMK-29FSx chassis originally? I would probably just snip off the original connectors and replace them with MS9 compatible ones. Suitable JST equivalents are linked to here. Demag coil and tube ground use the same connector series as the horizontal yoke connector.

Blast City MS-2930 Unusual pre-worked bridge, why?

The gold looking band is orange, which means 1000 multiplier. So 224k ohm. I just checked mine and got a reading of 221k. I think the last band is brown. Honestly, it looks fine to me.

What tool do I need to remove the nuts from astro city panel bolts?

7mm Whenever you have a M4 thread, you will have a 7mm nut. Just get a socket, you'll get a ton of use out of it.

New Astro City Remote Board Screws

Here you go. The original metal spacer has an inner diameter of 3mm, an outer diameter of 6mm, and it's 12.6mm long. This 3D printed is slightly bigger (but not longer), so that it's more printer friendly.

Senko no ronde w/ no dongle

Yes. After that you need to make a change in the registry so that it opens the game.exe instead of the TypeX launcher. EDIT: alternatively, rename the game.exe to launcher.exe and dump the game files under typexsys.
