Well guys issue resolved -
After some research and comments from the community it appears that the vertical “jail bars” is just a Nintendo thing. It is the way it is and always has been.

Yeah, power supply FG is tied to ground and all of my other PCB’s are flawless … ground issues will give more of a slanted scrolling striping with some grain. This is something else 🤷🏻♂️

Hard to see in video due to compression but in person it’s annoying as all hell. Can’t tell if it’s the adapter or the board. I have two games running on it. SMB and Castlevania and both show the lines so I think it’s the board...

Another issue I ran into and this is a very obscure one is that the HAS can remap the Start button, where the say “undamned” db-15 decoder can’t. Who cares right? You will, if you own a Primal Rage PCB 👍🏼
