Fixed it. Removed the SHIT jumper and made it topside. When they did that jumper they severed the connection to the address line. Or maybe they severed it on purpose because they couldnt find it and routed it straight To romcart. Now all my shit works. But dead connection still requires the...

allright, i just ran a new jumper wire with a disconnect in the mean time when using dead connection cart. moving on, does the dead connection conversion require modding the motherboard? i have three other taito carts i tried with this board and none of them boot, one does a coin error reset...
