The Seeq is just a normal EEPROM device. If your's EPROM programmer supports the device you can erase it and write to it to check if it is working.

While holding the TEST button on some games you can use SERVICE to select other tests.

You don't need to move DIP1. If your cabinet / supergun is equipped with the standard JAMMA TEST / SERVICE buttons just hold in TEST and keep holding it. While holding the test button you can use the joystick and buttons to set the parameters to EEPROM.
