Use a logic probe w/audio and you can literally track it down to where it stops. If a game is playing while testing, when you probe, you can hear the audio with it.

This headphone PCB is just a replacement PCB of the original. A few people asked me about doing one for the transformer board but I don't have one in front of me to replicate, I've only seen a picture in a manual or whatever.
