I installed mine yesterday but all I get is this on the menu when I have a card inserted. It's a 16GB Kingston card that has been formatted to FAT32. Has anyone else come across this issue? The screen is in Black & White as it's connected to a PAL monitor. I can play original discs ok when I go...
