Oh, wow--even better! I see there is an OshPark link and bill of materials linking to Digikey. All the key parts I looked at (including the FPGA chip) are in stock. I also reached out to Marqs and he said the VGP guy wants to restock in March. If he'd keep them in stock I wouldn't be doing this.

This very long wait time happens with all SIMMs, and I am confident I'm using the right custom SH2 files for the U9/U10 banks of SIMM1 and SIMM2.

Just an update, I have found that a few SIMMs do not successfully program (so far, SIMM 5 and bank 2 on SIMM 1). So I have reached out to @Mitsurugi-w and the seller. If I understand the seller correctly he is also in touch with @Darksoft or someone who can help me out. We shall see.
