I tried connecting a vga monitor and i didn't get an image. It's currently set to 15khz. I've attached a photo of the dip switches.

The 246 is running Soul Calibur 2. I've tried it in 15kHz mode and 31kHz mode with s computer monitor and it plays blind in both modes. Is there anyone here that can repair it?

It would be a good idea to take one whole picture, then take three close up individual pictures that could be pieced together. I could definitely remake it if you did that.
