It is but I have no time to investigate this. I don't even have time to finish this ROM :( I made some discoveries that I would need to share and some explanation because I think that I mispleaded some things but I don't have time to explain. But I will come back to that project soon. Thank you!

Hi, so I have this 246B system that started having issue with displaying white colour. It appears to go more yellowish/ brown colour tone and overall picture is dimmed. I did try to adjust colours in service menu of the game but no luck so I suspect that it needs to be recapped but Im not sure...
