Are you talking about World Warrior or Champion? World Warrior only has a couple, the Quicken 2 mod is cool. Champion has tons, most people like the Rainbow or Red Wave.

Steph at Hobbyroms can burn them, or there is a guy named Hyperneogeo who is on other forums (I'm new here so I'm not sure if he's on here too) who burns stuff really cheap just to be nice. It's a super simple rom swap.
