    WTB Taito PCB Amp - K91X1096A / J9100592A

I am looking for a replacement part for my Taito Vewlix F arcade cabinet. It's the PCB Amp, model K91X1096A / J9100592A. Happy to pay a reasonable price, including shipping to Australia. Looks like this:

    A Freeware Taito TypeX2 Multigame.

Thanks for the tips about 3GB RAM, makes total sense. Fixed it! Turned out the JAMMA connector had a bit of left/right give, and mustn't have been perfectly aligned. Service button is now working as expected. @Niko any advice about folders with the 2.0 image?

    A Freeware Taito TypeX2 Multigame.

I read through all 132 pages of this thread over the past few days. It's an incredible effort, and was interesting to read the progress over many years. Thanks very much to Niko and the others who have regularly contributed. I sent Niko some beer money a few months ago, but realising how much...

FWIW, bought my Vewlix from Rtl at a reasonable price, and he was very helpful in getting it sorted out and being available to correct a couple of quirks for me when things didn't go to plan. One day I will have a basement with enough room to expand my collection :).

Thanks for the recommendation @xodaraP and @djsheep. Emailed Carson at Noodleshirt and the entire process was a delight. The results were outstanding! (original artwork was from http://www.emphatic.se/?p=807 and I resized it and made some minor tweaks to match colours of my machine):

Can anyone recommend a good place to get move strips printed to go in backlit control panel glass? Doesn't need to be top shelf really, but better than me printing onto three A4 sheets of paper and stickytaping it together :). I tried a local printing shop down the street and they quoted $160...

@Rtl had one available in Melbourne. Not sure if he has more, but I think he had some other candy cabs available.

New Vewlix F Owner, so many questions

Hi, I bought an arcade machine earlier this year (a very nice Game Wizard Extreme from Arcooda) and the bug kind of hit. I love the look of the Vewlix cabinets so decided to try and find a genuine one to tinker with. That's arrived this week thanks to a fellow member here selling a Vewlix F...

Sorry I've been unresponsive for a couple of days. I've received the new Vewlix cabinet and am really happy with it. Unfortunately it's exhibiting some intermittent issues with the Taito Type X2, but so far the seller has been very responsive and should have me sorted out next week. I have an...

I will almost certainly need some things soon - The new vewlix arrives tomorrow, and it might take a few days to come up with my shopping list though. If you're happy to wait a few days I'm happy to cover shipping from JP to AU, and then courier them to you (should be about $5-$10ish). Not sure...

Hoping to be a new protector of a beautiful looking Vewlix F cabinet from our forum-mate @Rtl soon! I am pretty excited about it. Haven't quite decided whether it will be what it is inside, or if I'll make changes to allow for console play. But just in case I do, does anyone knows a local...

Hi, I joined here a while ago but this is my first post. I have much to learn (so, so much), but am super excited to be here after ordering an Arcooda Game Wizard Xtreme today. (It's been a years-long journey of wanting something like this) :-). As for arcade cred, I don't have much. I worked...
