I've had this PCB for years and it started to give me issues after I tried to sell it. The background just flickers. You can see it when the video is at 60 fps. Any idea what could be wrong with this PCB?

I plan on eventually upgrading to the RetroTink5 but I also got a super stable image from the Taito F3 using the modded GBS-8200. I have it going through a DVI to HDMI adaptor and my Elgato HD-60S is capturing with no issues.

I'm trying to build a hard drive from my Type X but it looks like the download links are gone.

Ignore the DVI port and just plug into the VGA port and connect the VGA cable to your IO adaptor. Wait about a minute and you should the PC load on your display. 15 & 31kHz via the VGA and DVI ports respectively.

Will this work with the Taito F3?
