Howdy y'all. Delete this if it goes against forum rules. After I did some snooping, I found that Capcom Vs. SNK 2's elusive fixed JVS IO version has vanished from the internet. Thus, I learned hex editing and edited the netboot .bin file myself, and CvS2 now works on my Vewlix with no problems...
