super system 22

Here i go again, I've got a Tokyo wars and nun of the input working ( you cant steer the tank and there is no sound) but the foot pedals still work. I think its an issue with the CPU PCB but i don't really know much about the system 22. Is that going to be a CPU board fault? I do have a few...
