2) Capcom Speed Rumbler (Rush & Crash) works fine on my cab but not on my HAS (probably some setting I need to check on my HAS). I repaired the audio circuit (ram), audio works great now. I think it's the JP version? Original Capcom eproms. $120 + shipping

If it boots as Rush'n Crash then it's the Japanese version.
I used to own it, and I also had (amongst other things) to replace the sound RAM:
