16B Shinobi questions: 2 boards

I have 2 Shinobi boards both are 16B.

One works 100% which but the other one had a memory failure on A5 and A7. When I took a look at it, it had very different layout of chips. Is this a common thing or is this just missing data?

Second board board seems to be using decrypted program ROMs (those in A5 and A7). If game still works fine I suspect a loosy decrypted set were checksums haven't been recalculated... That kind of job makes me mad, I think few games on the S16B multi have the wrong cheksums thanks to lazy ass hackers. I'll see testers feedback and fix whatever has to be fixed.

Thanks @apocalypse! it's missing sound as well. I am considering mailing it off as I'm running low lately on fime and want to start working on clean up an Impress Cab.
