I recently got my Naomi CF setup running, and wanted to see if there was a pinout available for this bootleg / 3rd party IO I had.

I am hoping to build a 2 player Kick Harness for this so I can play the Fighting Games on Naomi.

Anyone happen to know a pinout, or have any information on these IOs?

The CPS2 Kick harness doesn't fit into the connector, and was hoping someone maybe had already done the work. Thanks for the info and I'll keep on looking. If I find anything, I'll post it up here.

pretty sure it's one of the knock-offs. Dead give away is the CPS2 header is just a generic header on the knock-offs instead of the proper Hirose connector. the originals have a slider switch by the JAMMA edge to swap the expansion header between 4P and Kick modes, this seems to have a jumper.
From the sounds of it it's just a change of connector, not a change of pinout. So the above pinout info should still stand.

Read through it, and you're right. That is the info I needed.

Weirdly, after modifying the CPS 2 kick plug, it fits now and works! BUT - Nothing on the Player 2 side is working, even the Joystick and buttons 1-3.....

The cab is wired properly on the Jamma edge as it works for every other Jamma game I have used in the cab. There is a Jumper to toggle the IO between 2 and 4 plyer, and I have verified it is on 2 player, but no inputs.

Is there a setting somewhere I could have missed?

I'm not sure unfortunately. I don't own a Capcom IO to test with anymore.

Maybe try 4 player. Could be wired backwards?
