What uroko sakanabito is saying is that there is corrosion on that cap, probably cause its leaking. That could be one of the reason you’re getting that message.

Didn’t know what to expect joining this forum but it looks like I found the right place!
Thanks for the info guys! I will definitely look at all the caps first, I am pretty obviously new to this but really enjoy the vintage games and hope to keep a few alive.
As I’ve been in cnc machine repair for 26 yrs. I do have some experience repairing boards, have to dig up my old solder sucker lol.
At least I have somewhere to start now, thanks again guys. I’ll post my progress as I go!
