Does a decrypted program rom set exists for this set ?

Action Fighter (System 16B, FD1089A 317-0018 )

I'd like to convert one of my System 16b to this game without security chip and without analog controls.

I know this is an old thread, but I came across this looking for the decrypted Action Fighter ROM set. I saw an unencrypted dump exists for the version with analog controls, but didn't find one for the regular controls, so I decrypted the afighterg set.

Is there a common location to upload decrypted Sega ROM sets? It looks like jammarcade.net doesn't host them anymore. I attached it to this thread in case anyone else is looking for it. At the moment I've only tested it in MAME, but plan to test it on real hardware soon.

I tested this on real hardware and it seems to work correctly... also, in case anyone wants to apply this to their System 16B Multi, attached is the IPS patch for ROM 2. Applied to the 02_27C322.bin file (CRC32=0x4431984D) should result in an output file with CRC32=0x6CBF3EE4.
