Aleck 64 conversion question

Came across this cartridge in looking around. Is this star soldier cartridge a conversion or an original. Never seen a black case.
Just on the tower and shaft. So hmmm?

I would suggest it's an expensive conversion. The cartridge has a connector above the label, and the label looks matte instead of gloss.
