I just bought a panic park arcade. Love it! My only issue is it's all in Japanese, upon exploring the menu, I found a language option that is set to Japanese, however it isn't changeable.
How does system 23 hardware run? Are there rom eprom inside the cage hat are changeable that I could switch to us roms?
