I bought a Strikers 1999, it was working before shipping but arrived and will only boot to this:
seller is refunding me but told me to keep the board, so I'm wondering if anyone has seen this issue before and knows the likely cause.
I've tried pushing on the SMDs to see if it's a lose solder joint but I get no reaction and I don't see any obvious physical damage.
it looks like there is no sync signal being generated, but it's not playing blind either and the colors don't change. Also given that the SH2 games uses show the green circles on screen first I think this is a deeper problem than the sync output.
