Anyone have scans for the start button /play instructions for a few gun games?

I'm looking for scans from lupin the shooting, confidential mission and maze of the kings for a basic mirror cab. I have originals for death crimson ox and house of the dead 2 I could scan for trades. Anyone ever seen these online or have a cab they could scan these off of?
