Hello, very nice boards !
Just out of curiosity, which version is this Asterix ?
World, Euro, ... ?
Thanks

Tried to figure it out with an internet check and couldn't find a clear answer.
I think the Japanese version is called JAD, so, guessing EAD might be the one for European market.

With Konami games the first letter is the region:
J = Japan
E= Europe
U = USA
A= Asia

second digit is the configuration:
with Asterix it seems there is only A but for other games like Sunset Riders A= 4player, and B = 2 player

last digit is revsion
A = Rev A
B = Rev B
C = Rev C
D= Rev D

Thanks for helping us decoding this @twistedsymphony :)

As for the differences between the versions, I am not sure but I don't think there are any (except maybe the languages and texts).
Anyway, sorry for the detour in your sale thread.

I know I am saying this again ; but this PCB looks in real good condition and the game is one of Konami's best from that era !
If I didn't owned it already, I'd snatch this one.

GLWS
