A design I've made to cover the exposed terminal blocks of a MIN HONG MH-16A arcade power supply. May well also suit other power supplies, it's a pretty generic design, I think.
Screws into the 3rd terminal, which in at least a couple of different PSUs I have looked at is a GND terminal.
Uploaded the OpenSCAD definition here for posterity, and in case anyone wants to tweak the design for their PSU. It's my first 3d object designed, so if I've made stupid rookie mistakes in the definition, that'll be why
