I've got a Arcana Heart board, which is working fine (Video through VGA), the music is playing but the sound fx do have harsh noise.
In testmode / sound test the BGM plays fine without any issues, the SE/Voice is broken.
I've recorded a short videos. Anyone noticed similar problems with this HW? I've inspected the PCB carefully but did not notice anything unusual. I don't have a manual, so I don't have the DIP Settings at hand, too. Can anyone help out?
