Area51 Graphic Glitches

Dual Board PCB swapped to SD; getting a few issues, When I selected area51 I get a watchdog reset, after 10 minutes or so I get a watchdog reset, and while it's working theres graphic glitches. Please see attached link for vid. If anyone has any suggestions plz lmk. Maybe a corrupted rom?

Glitches go away after about 15 minutes of leaving it on, once its warmed up, you can power cycle it and it's fine.
