Astro City - Monitor grounding

By checking the Astro City original diagram, there is no grounding wire connected to the monitor/chassis, not even to the metallic frame. Is this accurate or am I reading the schematics incorrectly?

Correct. I have no ground wire connected to the monitor on any of my Astros.

Astro City monitor and frame aren’t earth grounded. Same for other Sega cabinets as well like Blast and Net City. I think I saw a thread discussing this somewhere here recently.
