I am attempting to restore my Astro City I've had for going on a year now. I'm tired of just looking at it and not being able to use it. The Astro was missing most if not all the internals when I received it. I have acquired a Versus JAMMA harness, Naomi power supply, Naomi audio Amp with 12v step down transformer. I am attempting to rewire the cab for JAMMA, my question is do I need a step down transformer for the monitor? I am in the USA so using 110v AC power, I believe the monitor uses 100v. If so where do I find a 110v-100v step down transformer? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No step down is needed for the monitor, if it is the original MS8 or MS9. It will run perfectly fine on 110V.
Got it wired up, using a Naomi power supply which cost ALOT less and ALOT easier to find than original power supply plus I have 3 working spares if this one dies, yay me! Got sound working. I've been testing it using a pandora's box incase something goes wrong I won't be frying one of my good much more expensive pcb's. Still need to wire in CGA harness connector to CRT, been using VGA port but intend on running my Darksoft CPS3 and making this my SF3 3rd Strike cab. CRT needs cap kit and have to address missing green color but atleast it works and I'm able to play it for the first time since I got it nearly a year ago

OK so I got the CGA header connector wired in and connected to CRT, I swapped plug on video daughter board from VGA to CGA. Now if I have a pandora's box 6 connected which will output both VGA and CGA through JAMMA the monitor works fine other than I'm missing the color green. If I use any other pcb outputting 15Khz through JAMMA I get rolling screen. I have figured out the monitor has been swapped and what I have is a WG D9200 which is a tri-sync monitor. I have header connector wired properly from what I have read with the sync connected to H sync and not looped to V sync. If looped I get no image. Can anyone please help with what I may have wrong or need to check. Thank ya'll for all the help!
