You have photos of the PCB's also?
 
To me it seems that none of the recent ports (legit or otherwise) of scarce boards (or console games) have made any dent in the original game's prices.
Gamers will go to the ports, but there will still be more collectors in the market to buy a given game than there's offer available.

Agreed. Seems like ports just increase awareness and drive demand for original games and hardware.
