Atomiswave sd questions

How does the atomiswave sd cabinet even work? I know it uses an sd card but how are you even supposed to get games for it? Some I see have pre installed games on them but I know they mentioned you can use ROMs. But all I see are cartridges unless you dump them which is a process in and of itself. I see cabinets on coinopexpress I believe? But it has to be compatible right?

It's a Japanese candy cabinet that plays arcade games using the JAMMA connection standard. It's pretty much a Taito Egret 3 with Atomiswave branding. No game included, but it can play any JAMMA board, including but not limited to Atomiswave games. They originally came with Tri-sync CRT monitors that support 3 resolutions (15 KHz, 24 KHz, 31 KHz).
